摘要
针对马氏体时效金属粉芯焊丝堆焊金属热处理工艺展开探讨,从时效处理技术入手,介绍了金属热处理工艺试验内容及其结果,并进一步分析了金属粉芯焊丝合金元素对堆焊硬度的影响。明确了最佳固溶处理工艺、时效工艺,以及不同合金元素含量对于堆焊处理效果的影响特点。研究结果可应用于实际金属粉芯焊丝堆焊处理过程中,也可为相关技术研究提供参考。
This paper explores the metal heat treatment process for martensitic aging metal powder cored welding wire overlay welding.Starting from the aging treatment technology,the experimental content and results of the metal heat treatment process are introduced,and the influence of alloy elements in metal powder cored welding wire on overlay welding hardness is further analyzed.Clarified the optimal solid solution treatment process,aging process,and the impact characteristics of different alloy element contents on the effect of overlay welding treatment.The research results can be applied to the actual process of metal powder cored wire overlay welding,and can also provide reference for related technical research.
