摘要
目的分析耳穴贴压配合子午流注循经拍打改善2型糖尿病(T2DM)住院人群睡眠、心理应激、舒适度及血糖作用。方法前瞻性选取2022年1月至2023年5月河南省中西医结合医院收治的200例T2DM住院患者,以电脑随机数字表法分为3组。对照组(67例)接受常规综合治疗和护理,在此基础上耳穴贴压组(67例)接受耳穴贴压,联合组(66例)接受耳穴贴压配合子午流注循经拍打。比较3组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、Kolcaba的舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、血糖、血液流变学、下肢股静脉与腘静脉血流速度及不良反应。结果联合组干预后PSQI、SDS、SAS评分<耳穴贴压组<对照组,GCQ评分>耳穴贴压组>对照组(P<0.05);联合组干预后空腹血糖、纤维蛋白原、餐后2 h血糖、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度<耳穴贴压组<对照组(P<0.05);联合组干预后下肢股静脉与腘静脉血流速度高于耳穴贴压组、对照组(P<0.05),但耳穴贴压组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳穴贴压配合子午流注循经拍打可改善T2DM住院患者睡眠、心理应激、舒适度及血糖,有助于改变血液流变学、下肢股静脉与腘静脉血流速度。
Objective To analyze the effects of auricular point sticking combined with flow beats along meridian on sleep,psychological stress,comfort level and blood sugar in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)inpatients.Methods A total of 200 patients with T2DM admitted to Henan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were prospectively selected and divided into 3 groups by computer random number table method.The control group(67 cases)was given conventional comprehensive treatment and nursing,on the basis of which the auricular point sticking group(67 cases)was given auricular point sticking,and the combined group(66 cases)was given auricular point sticking combined with meridian flow beats along meridian.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,Kolcaba comfort status scale(GCQ)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,blood glucose,hemorheology,blood flow velocity of femoral vein and popliteal vein of lower limb and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results After intervention,PSQI,SDS and SAS score in combination group<auricular point sticking group<control group,GCQ score in combination group>auricular point sticking group>control group(P<0.05).After intervention,fasting blood glucose,fibrinogen,2 h postprandial blood glucose,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in combination group<auricular point sticking group<control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood flow velocity of femoral vein and popliteal vein of lower limb in combination group was higher than that in auricular point sticking group and control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between auricular point sticking group and control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of Adverse reactionss among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking combined with meridian flow beats along meridian can improve sleep,psychological stress,comfort and blood sugar of T2DM inpatients,and help to change hemorheology,blood flow velocity of femoral vein and popliteal vein of lower extremity.
