摘要
摇头飞椅作为具有顶棚结构的室外游乐设施,结构形状复杂,雪载荷作用下主要受力零部件的强度计算是设计中的难点。针对这一问题,在雪载荷分析的基础上,采用有限元法对摇头飞椅进行结构强度计算和校核分析。计算结果表明:摇头飞椅主体结构的最大应力小于材料的屈服极限,满足安全要求。该研究具有一定的工程应用价值,为其他具有顶棚结构室外游乐设施雪载荷的计算提供了参考。
As an outdoor amusement facility with ceiling structure,the Flying chair has a complex structural shape,and the strength calculation of the main components under snow load is a difficult point in design.In order to solve this problem,based on the analysis of snow load,the finite element method is used to calculate and check the structure strength of the Flying chair.The results show that the maximum stress of the Flying chair is less than the yield limit of the material,which meets the safety requirements.This study has certain engineering application value and provides reference for snow load calculation of other outdoor amusement facilities with ceiling structure.
