钻完井液对储层损害机制及防治措施研究

摘要 针对钻完井液对储层的损害机制及防治问题,本次研究首先对钻井液引发储层损害的成因进行分析,在此基础上,对储层保护钻井液技术要求进行探讨,对储层保护钻井完井液类型进行分析,开展钻完井液对储层损害的防治措施研究,为提高钻完井液的储层保护效果奠定基础。研究表明:钻井完井液中分散颗粒堵塞油气层、钻井完井液与油气层岩石不配伍、钻井完井液滤液与油气层流体不配伍等属于钻井液引发储层损害问题的主要原因,控制钻完井液密度用于不同压力下的油气层平衡、钻井液固体微粒匹配对应油气层渗流通道、钻完井液与储层岩石和流体的配伍属于储层保护钻完井液的技术要求,无膨润土暂堵型聚合物钻井完井液、无固相/无黏土相弱凝胶钻井完井液属于常见的储层保护类型的钻完井液。
