摘要
本文通过实践应用分析,验证了在炭黑生产中使用齿轮泵替换螺杆泵输送BS溶液,可以使炭黑造粒控制更加稳定,且运行过程中故障率低、压力波动小、更节能。
This article verifies the effect of using gear pumps instead of screw pumps to transport BS solution in carbon black production through practical application analysis.The practical results show that gear pumps can make carbon black granulation control more stable,with low failure rate,small pressure fluctuations,and more energy-saving during operation.
