Ⅳ型储氢瓶内胆滚塑成型设计尺寸一致性保持方法

摘要 针对Ⅳ型储氢瓶塑料内胆在成型过程中的冷却收缩问题,在现有的工艺条件相对成熟的情况下,很难得到改善。提出一种Ⅳ型储氢瓶在成型过程中塑料内胆冷却收缩变形补偿方法,该方法通过对塑料内胆成型冷却过程的数值模拟,计算塑料内胆在成型冷却过程中的收缩变形量,并以模拟结果为基础,确定塑料内胆不同位置的反向补偿值,对塑料内胆形状尺寸进行预变形处理,实现了最终成型尺寸和设计尺寸的一致性。通过使用该变形补偿方法,实现了外径676 mm、壁厚8 mm、长度1932 mm的塑料内胆成型尺寸和设计尺寸的一致性保持,最大变形量控制在2 mm之内。采用有限元模拟方法降低了储氢瓶塑料内胆的生产成本,并且为模具设计提供了可靠的依据。 For the cooling shrinkage problem of typeⅣhydrogen storage tank plastic liner in the molding process,it is difficult to get improved under the condition of existing relatively mature process.A compensation method for cooling shrinkage deformation of typeⅣhydrogen storage tank plastic liner in the molding process was proposed.The method calculates the shrinkage deformation of the plastic liner in the molding and cooling process through numerical simulation of the plastic liner molding and cooling process,and determines the inverse compensation values of different positions of the plastic liner based on the simulation results,and pretreats the shape and size of the plastic liner,so as to achieve the consistency of the final molding size and the design size.By using this deformation compensation method,the consistency of the molded and designed dimensions of the plastic liner with an outer diameter of 676 mm,a wall thickness of 8 mm,and a length of 1932 mm was maintained,and the maximum deformation was controlled within 2 mm.The finite element simulation method used in this study reduces the production cost of the plastic liner for hydrogen storage cylinders and provides a reliable basis for mold design.
