二级公路岩溶隧道施工缝渗漏水处治技术研究

摘要 岩溶隧道最常见的问题是施工缝渗漏水。这是因为岩溶水会析出碳酸钙结晶来堵塞排水通道,从而导致隧道衬砌施工缝治理后再次出现渗漏。本文根据某隧道衬砌施工缝漏水处理工程,为增强隧道衬砌施工缝结构的可维护性,对混凝土基面进行疏水涂料处理。这样可以推迟碳酸钙结晶的形成,有效解决渗漏问题。另外,在运营期间为方便对管道内部情况进行检查和维护,应预先留下检查孔。这样可以提高衬砌施工缝结构的可维护性。 The most common problem in karst tunnels is water leakage from construction joints.This is because karst water can precipitate calcium carbonate crystals to block drainage channels,leading to leakage again after the treatment of tunnel lining construction joints.This article is based on the water leakage treatment project of a certain tunnel lining construction joint.In order to enhance the maintainability of the tunnel lining construction joint structure,the concrete base surface is treated with hydrophobic coating.This can delay the formation of calcium carbonate crystals and effectively solve the problem of leakage.In addition,to facilitate inspection and maintenance of the internal condition of the pipeline during operation,inspection holes should be left in advance.This can improve the maintainability of the lining construction joint structure.
