摘要
目的分析耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医护一体化管理对护士综合能力的影响。方法选取重庆松山医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科于2022年6月至2022年12月期间的48例患者、12名医师、17名护理人员设为对照组;另选取我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科于2023年1月至2023年6月期间的48例患者、12名医师、17名护理人员设为观察组。观察组采用医护一体化管理,对照组采用常规管理模式。对两组护士综合能力、患者治疗满意度、护士核心能力、护士管理满意度、护士对管理模式认可度进行对比分析。结果观察组护士综合能力、患者治疗满意度、护士核心能力、护士管理满意度、护士对管理模式认可度均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科管理中,采用医护一体化管理可有效提升护理人员综合能力、提高患者治疗满意度,提升护士核心能力,提高护士管理满意度,提高护士对管理模式认可度。
Objective To analyze the impact of integrated management of ear,nose,throat,head and neck surgery on the comprehensive ability of nurses.Methods Forty-eight patients,12 physicians,and 17 nursing staff from the Department of Otolaryngology,Head and Neck Surgery of Songshan General Hospital during the period of June 2022 to December 2022 were selected to set up as the control group,while 48 patients,12 physicians,and 17 nursing staff from the Department of Otolaryngology,Head and Neck Surgery of our hospital during the period of January 2023 to June 2023 were selected to set up as the observation group.The observation group was managed by the integration of medical and nursing care,and the control group was managed by the conventional management mode.Comparative analyses were conducted to analyze the comprehensive competence of nurses,patient treatment satisfaction,core competence of nurses,satisfaction of nurses'management,and nurses'recognition of management mode in the two groups.Results The observation group's nurses'comprehensive competence,patient treatment satisfaction,nurses'core competence,nurses'management satisfaction,and nurses'recognition of the management model were all better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions In the management process of ear,nose,throat,head and neck surgery,adopting integrated medical and nursing management can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff,improve patient treatment satisfaction,enhance nurses'core abilities,improve nurse management satisfaction,and increase nurses'recognition of management models.
