摘要
目的调查并分析苏州大学附属儿童医院心理门诊来访者的资料,为提出后疫情时代儿童青少年心理健康问题的应对策略提供参考。方法回顾2017—2022年苏州大学附属儿童医院心理门诊就诊病例共2871例(首诊2315例、复诊556例),根据人口学特征及诊断分类进行统计,分析不同年龄段、疫情前和疫情期间疾病分布特征。结果心理门诊首诊及复诊人次逐年增加,尤以2020年后增幅较大,就诊人群平均年龄为(9.24±3.18)岁,男女比例为1.76∶1,女孩占比呈逐年上升趋势。不同年龄段首诊病例在心理问题疾病谱组成上存在差异。疫情以来较疫情前心境障碍——抑郁症、焦虑症和选择性缄默症或其他社交沟通障碍占比显著增加。结论儿童青少年心理门诊来访人次呈快速上升趋势,儿童心理问题是由其生理特点、遗传因素和生活环境造成的。社会、家庭和学校需通力合作,护航后疫情时代儿童青少年心理健康。
Objective To investigate and analyze the data of psychology outpatient visitors in the Children's Hospital of Soochow University,and to provide references for the coping strategy on the mental health problems in children and adolescents in the post-epidemic era.Methods A total of 2871 cases(2315 for the first visit and 556 for the return visit)who were reviewed from 2017 to 2022 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed according to demographic characteristics and diagnostic classification,and the characteristics of disease distribution in different age groups or before and during the epidemic of COVID-19 were analyzed.Results There has been a year-over-year increase in the number of first-time and subsequent visits to psychological clinics,with a particularly notable surge since 2020.The patients had an average age of 9.24±3.18 years old and the male to female ratio was 1.76:1,and the proportion of girls showed an increasing trend year by year.There were differences in the spectrum composition of psychological problems among different age groups.Mood disorders such as depression,anxiety and selective mutism or other social communication disorders have increased significantly since the pandemic.Conclusion The number of psychology outpatient visits of children and adolescents is increasing rapidly.Children's psychological problems are caused by their physiological characteristics,genetic factors and living environment.Schools,families and society need to work together to protect the mental health of children and adolescents in the post-epidemic era.
