摘要
首先详细介绍了制备铝合金微弧氧化黑色陶瓷层的电解液及着色剂组成,其次分析了不同电解液体系对铝合金黑色微弧氧化陶瓷层微观结构、成分、生长方式和力学性能的影响机制,阐述了黑色陶瓷层形成过程及生长机理,最后通过着色剂元素化学状态探讨了黑色微弧氧化陶瓷层的着色机理。
The electrolyte and the colorant for preparation of black micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer of aluminum alloy were introduced in detail firstly.Secondly,the influence mechanism of different electrolytic liquid systems on the microstructure,composition,growth mode and mechanical properties of the black micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer of aluminum alloy was analyzed.The formation process and growth mechanism of the black ceramic layer were expounded.Finally,the coloring mechanism of the black micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer was discussed through the chemical state of the colorant elements.
