摘要
                
                    电子束熔覆表面改性层发生相变形成增强相,能使金属材料表面的性能得以改善。阐述了电子束熔覆表面改性层相变机理及相变组织的控制,总结了金相组织对改性层各项力学性能、耐腐蚀性、抗氧化性的改善机理,简述了金相组织对改性层裂纹及气孔的影响。对电子束熔覆技术当下存在的问题作出了展望。
                
                The surface modification layer of electron beam cladding has phase transformation to form an enhanced phase,which can improve the properties of the metal material surface.The mechanism of phase change and the control of phase change structure of electron beam cladding surface modified layer were described.The mechanism of improving the mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the modified layer by the microstructure was summarized.The influence of metallographic structure on the cracks and pores of the modified layer was briefly described,and the current problems of electron beam cladding technology were prospected.
