加氢催化剂与脱氯剂串联硫化问题分析及解决方法

摘要 重整预加氢反应器后串联脱氯反应器是现阶段处理催化重整原料的常规工艺方法。为了保证加氢催化剂发挥最佳催化活性,在使用前应提前进行预硫化,但脱氯剂和加氢催化剂反应机理不同,在加氢催化剂预硫化期间,通常将脱氯反应器切除预硫化系统,以避免对脱氯剂使用性能造成负面影响。但是一些炼化企业由于工艺流程以及开工周期限制,需要将加氢催化反应器与脱氯反应器串联进行预硫化,造成硫化过程中出现硫化剂不足,而影响加氢催化剂预硫化效果的情况。结合炼厂实际开工案例,分析原因,提出解决办法。建议加氢催化剂串联饱和“硫容”的脱氯剂共同进行预硫化开工,降低脱氯剂对硫化氢吸附作用,确保硫化工作正常进行。实际应用结果表明,在保证加氢催化剂预硫化效果的同时,可以减少产品合格所需的时间,且不会影响脱氯剂的脱氯效果。 The tandem dechlorination reactor after reforming pre-hydrogenation reactor is a conventional process for treating catalytic reforming raw materials at this stage.In order to ensure the best catalytic activity of hydrogenation catalyst,presulfiding should be carried out in advance before use.However,the reaction mechanism of dechlorination agent and hydrogenation catalyst is different.During the presulfiding of hydrogenation catalyst,the dechlorination reactor is usually removed from the presulfiding system to avoid the negative impact on the performance of dechlorination agent.However,due to the limitation of process flow and start-up cycle,some refining and chemical enterprises need to pre-vulcanize the hydrogenation catalytic reactor in series with the dechlorination reactor,resulting in insufficient vulcanizing agent during the vulcanization process,which affects the pre-vulcanization effect of hydrogenation catalyst.In this paper,the reasons were analyzed,and solutions were proposed based on the actual start-up cases of the refinery.It was suggested that the hydrogenation catalyst in series with the dechlorination agent saturated with'sulfur capacity'should be pre-sulfurized together to reduce the adsorption of hydrogen sulfide by the dechlorination agent to ensure the normal vulcanization work.The practical application results showed that the time required for product qualification was reduced while ensuring the presulfurization effect of hydrogenation catalyst,and the dechlorination effect of dechlorination agent was not affected.
