摘要 以水利工程机电设备智能故障检测诊断技术为研究对象,通过DBN开展机电设备故障识别分类。介绍了DBN结构的运行原理及操作流程,基于水利工程机电设备特点,以KPCA—DBN模型为依托,以实验验证的方式开展水利工程机电设备细化故障诊断计算。基于KPCA—DBN模型数据进行机电设备运维管理,按照科学的运维管理流程强化管理质量。为进一步验证机电设备智能故障监测诊断的可靠性,以水利工程滚动轴承设备智能故障检测诊断为例,获取滚动轴承故障诊断实际应用数据,对故障结果数据进行分析,以提升水利工程机电设备故障的处理效果。 The study takes the intelligent fault detection and diagnosis technology of hydraulic engineering mechanical and electrical equipment as the research object,and identifies and classifies mechanical and electrical equipment faults.The study introduces the operation principle and operation flow of DBN structure.Based on the characteristics of hydraulic engineering electromechanical equipment and relying on KPCA—DBN model,the study carries out the detailed fault diagnosis calculation of hydraulic engineering electromechanical equipment with by experimental verification.The study conducts operation and maintenance management of electromechanical equipment based on KPCA—DBN model data,and strengthens management quality according to scientific operation and maintenance management process.In order to further verify the reliability of intelligent fault monitoring and diagnosis of mechanical and electrical equipment,the study takes intelligent fault detection and diagnosis of hydraulic engineering rolling bearing equipment as an example,obtains the practical application data of rolling bearing fault diagnosis,and analyzes the fault result data to improve the fault treatment effect of hydraulic engineering mechanical and electrical equipment.
