降低干扰物质对样品中二噁英检测内标回收率的影响

摘要 二噁英类是一类剧毒有机化合物,是《斯德哥尔摩公约》中首批禁用的“12类污染物”之一,是POPs中毒性最强的污染物,被人们称之为“世纪之毒”。二噁英类检测属于超痕量、多组分检测,对检测方法的特异性、选择性、灵敏度都具有较高的要求。目前,二噁英类的检测方法主要有化学仪器分析法、生物学检测法、细胞培养法、荧光素酶方法、EIA酶免疫法、DELFIA荧光免疫法等,其中化学仪器分析法是各国检测标准采用的检测方法,尤其是高分辨气相色谱-高分辨质谱法。本文采用高分辨气相色谱-高分辨质谱法对样品进行分析。 Dioxins are a category of highly toxic organic compounds,representing one of the initial"12 persistent organic pollutants"banned by the Stockholm Convention.Among persistent organic pollutants(POPs),dioxins are known for their exceptional toxicity,earning them the label of the"toxin of the century."The detection of dioxins involves ultra-trace,multi-component analysis,imposing high demands on the specificity,selectivity,and sensitivity of the detection methods.Currently,methods for detecting dioxins primarily include chemical instrumental analysis,biological detection methods,cell culture methods,fluorescence enzyme methods,enzyme immunoassay(EIA),DELFIA fluorescence immunoassay,etc.Among these,chemical instrumental analysis,particularly high-resolution gas chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry,is the widely adopted method in various countries,meeting stringent detection standards.This paper utilizes high-resolution gas chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry to analyze the samples.
