摘要
对马钢4号高炉稳定操作炉型的措施进行了阐述。4号高炉按计划限产,在逐步控氧过程中,炉况发生明显变化,煤气流稳定性下降,炉墙热负荷波动增大,燃料比上升,操作炉型不稳定,究其原因主要是风口回旋区深度增加、未燃煤粉量增多和冷却壁温度变化。通过采取保持鼓风动能、维持风口理论燃烧温度、稳定渣系及炉温、调整装料制度及出铁时间等措施,逐步改善煤气流的稳定性,炉墙热负荷趋于稳定,最终稳定了操作炉型,煤比由140kg/t左右稳步提升至165kg/t左右,冷却壁水温差稳定在5℃左右。
The measures for stabilizing the operating profile of Masteel No.4 BF are expounded.The furnace production is curtailed as scheduled.While gradually reducing the oxygen input,the furnace condition changes greatly:the gas flow be-comes unstable,the heat load the furnace wall fluctuates more,the fuel rate goes up,and furnace operating profile is unsta-ble.It is found that increase of the tuyere raceway depth,increase of the unburned pulverized coal,and the temperature vari-ation of the cooling stave are the main causes.To cope with this situation,the measures of maintaining the kinetic energy of the blast and the theoretical combustion temperature of the tuyere,stabilizing the slag system and furnace temperature,adjus-ting the charging system and the hot metal tapping time,etc.,are taken,as a result,both the stability of the gas flow and the heat load of the furnace wall is gradually improved,which leads to stabilization of the furnace operating profile.The coal rate is increased from 140kg/t to 165kg/t approximately,and the water temperature difference of the cooling stave is kept at about 5℃.
