摘要
机电产品广泛地应用在各装备系统中,它的可靠性水平直接影响着装备工作任务的完成度。首先,按照功能类型对机电产品进行了分类并对其工作载荷进行了分析;然后,针对不同机电产品类别全面开展了故障模式分析,并结合30项机电产品的故障信息调研统计结果,总结了典型机电产品的故障模式特点和使用过程中存在的主要问题;最后,从可靠性角度出发,分析了机电产品的可靠性特点和目前可靠性分析存在的问题,为满足机电产品的可靠性分析与设计优化的需要,推荐采用系统工程法通过建立数字化仿真模型进行可靠性分析。
The electromechanical products are widely used in various equipment systems,and its reliability level directly affects the completion of equipment tasks.Firstly,the mechanical and electrical products are classified according to their function types,and their working loads are analyzed.Then,the fault mode analysis is carried out comprehensively for different categories of electromechanical products.Simultaneously,the fault mode characteristics and main problems of the electromechanical products in the process of use are summed up combined with the fault information investigation and statistics results of 30 electromechanical products.Finally,from the perspective of reliability,the reliability characteristics and the existing problems in reliability analysis of electromechanical products are analyzed.In order to meet the needs of reliability analysis and design optimization of electromechanical products,it is recommended to adopt the system engineering method to establish a digital simulation model for reliability analysis.
