摘要
高等职业院校培养现场工程师是贯彻全国职教大会精神,优化人才供给结构,服务国家产业升级的重大战略举措。文章分析了现场工程师培养的概念和意义,指出了现场工程师培养的困境,并提出了现场工程师培养的改革策略:构建“政行企校”四位一体协同育人机制,提出现场工程师“三双四共三同”校企协同培养育人模式,“三双”即构建校企“双院长”“双主任”“双导师”的三双协同培养团队,并建立校企双导师三级考评、双向融通机制,“四共”即校企共建人才培养方案、共建课程资源、共同培养人才和共建评价体系,“三同”即校企双导师同讲核心课程、同编优质教材、同建实习实训基地。
Cultivating field engineers in higher vocational education is a major strategic measure to im⁃plement the spirit of the National Vocational Education Conference,optimize the talent supply structure,and serve the national industrial upgrading.This paper analyzes the concept and significance of field engineer training,points out the difficulties of field engineer training,and proposes reform strategies for field engineer training.The proposed strategies include establishing a four-in-one collaborative education mechanism of"government,industry,enterprise,and school",and proposing a"three doubles,four collaborations,and three synergies"school-enterprise collaborative-education model for on-site engineers.That is,to establish a three double collaborative training teams of"double deans","double directors",and"double mentors"for school enterprises,and establish a three-level evaluation and two-way integration mechanism for school en⁃terprise double mentors.Schools and enterprises establish talent training programs,build curriculum resourc⁃es,cultivate talents,and establish evaluation systems together.Both school and enterprise mentors jointly teach core courses,compile excellent textbooks,and build internship and training bases.
