摘要
本文采用恒电位电化学聚合法,研究了单体苯胺浓度及聚合时间对聚苯胺/单壁碳纳米管(PANi/SWCNTs)复合薄膜热电性能的影响。与SWCNTs薄膜相比,复合薄膜的Seebeck系数变大,从而将功率因子提升至72.01μW m-1K-2。而通过电化学后处理后,复合薄膜的氧化水平和掺杂水平得以优化,其电导率、Seebeck系数均获得进一步提升,使功率因子提升至90.06μW m-1K-2。
In this paper,the impact of aniline concentration and polymerization time of thermoelectric properties of polyaniline/SWCNTs(PANi/SWCNTs)composite film was studied through potentiostatic electrochemical polymerization method.Compared with SWCNTs film,the Seebeck coefficient of the composite film was enlarged and leading to an increasement of the power factor to 72.01μW m-1 K-2.The oxidation level and doping level of the composite film were optimized after electrochemical post-treatment,and its conductivity and Seebeck coefficient were further improved,thus the power factor was increased to 90.06μW m-1 K-2.
