摘要
为了提高高速公路车辆通行效率,设计基于人工智能技术的高速公路收费系统。通过移动终端注册车辆信息,并完成银行卡绑定,设定出行起始收费站、目标收费站后生成待完成订单,利用车道上的摄像装置采集车牌图像,采用小波脊变换法去除车牌图像噪声,利用数学形态学算法实现车牌区域的定位后,通过垂直投影法完成车牌字符的分割处理,实现高速公路通行车辆的车牌识别,通过数据交互平台接口与高速公路收费云支付平台建立连接,完成车辆通行费用统计,并以智能支付方式完成车辆通行费用的收取。实验结果表明:该系统可实现高速公路通行车辆的车牌识别,具备智能收费功能,入口和出口收费站通行时间很短。
In order to improve the traffic efficiency of expressway vehicles,an expressway toll collection system based on artificial intelligence technology is designed.It registers the vehicle information through the mobile terminal,completes the bank card binding,sets the travel starting toll station and target toll station,generates the order to be completed,collects the license plate image by using the camera device on the lane,removes the noise of the license plate image by using the wavelet ridge transform method,locates the license plate area by using the mathematical morphology algorithm,and completes the segmentation of the license plate characters by the vertical projection method,it realizes the license plate recognition of expressway vehicles,establishes a connection with the expressway toll cloud payment platform through the data interaction platform interface,completes the vehicle toll statistics,and collects the vehicle toll in the way of senseless payment.The experimental results show that the system can realize the license plate recognition of expressway vehicles,has no intelligent charging function,and the traffic time of entrance and exit toll stations is very short.
