城镇化背景下小型陂塘的时空演变、保护与转型——以湖南衡阳雁峰区为例

摘要 古代陂塘系统发展出多种类型,在不同的尺度下均发挥了巨大的生态效益,尤其是场地尺度下小型陂塘,具有极强的灵活性与及时性,可以快速应对小尺度的旱涝问题。然而当今快速城镇化的现象使得小型陂塘大幅度消亡,区域生态功能降低,城市应对洪涝和干旱的弹性显著减弱。雁峰区作为衡阳城市建设的重心,该趋势尤为明显。我们根据雁峰区城镇化的进程选取了1986年、2001年、2014年、2022年四个时间切片,通过ENVI与GIS对区域内小型陂塘及周边用地类型的变化进行了研究,分析陂塘变化的趋势及消亡的原因,并根据城镇化侵袭过程中陂塘呈现的空间类型提出保护与再开发策略,并探讨其与现代雨洪系统结合的可能性。 The ancient ponds system developed various types,which all played great ecological benefits under different scales,especially the small pond under the site scale,has strong flexibility and timeliness,can quickly cope with small-scale drought and flood problems.However,due to the phenomenon of rapid urbanization,small ponds have largely disappeared,regional ecological functions have been reduced,and the resilience of cities to cope with floods and droughts has been weakened significantly.Yanfeng District as Hengyang city construction center,the trend is particularly obvious.According to the urbanization process of Yanfeng District,we selected four time slices,namely 1986,2001,2014 and 2022,and studied the changes of land types in small ponds and its surrounding areas in the region through ENVI and GIS,we analyzed the trend of change and the reasons of disappearance of small ponds,and put forward the protection and redevelopment strategies according to the spatial types of small ponds in the process of urbanization and invasion,and discussed the possibility of combining with modern storm-flood system.
