摘要
目的探讨精细化管理模式在疾控机构的应用效果,以期提高疾控机构的管理效率和防控效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月南通市疾控中心的工作人员30名为研究对象,2021年1月—2021年12月采取传统管理模式(传统组),2022年1月—2022年12月采取精细化管理模式(精细组),对比不同管理模式下的管理质量评分和管理满意度。结果精细组管理质量评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精细组管理满意度为100.00%高于传统组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理模式在疾控机构的应用效果显著,能够有效提升疾控机构的管理质量和防控效果,提高管理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of fine management mode in disease control institutions,in order to improve the management efficiency and prevention and control effect of disease control institutions.Methods 30 staff members of Nantong Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects.Traditional management mode was adopted from January 2021 to December 2021(traditional group),and fine management mode was adopted from January 2022 to December 2022(fine group).The management quality score and management satisfaction under different management modes were compared.Results The score of management quality in fine group was higher than that in traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the fine group was 100.00%higher than that of the traditional group 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the fine management mode in disease control institutions is remarkable,which can effectively improve the management quality and prevention and control effect of disease control institutions,and improve management satisfaction.
