水平地震作用下卡固件固定馆藏文物抗震效果评估方法研究

摘要 震害研究表明,博物馆内展示、收藏的浮放文物在地震中易发生损坏,博物馆工作人员经常依靠自身经验采用卡固件固定文物来保护文物在地震中不受损坏,但却缺乏科学的方法来评估该抗震措施的有效性和对文物地震安全性水平的提升程度。为对卡固件固定措施的抗震效果进行合理评估,该研究针对文物震损破坏模式,基于二项逻辑回归模型提出了以文物摇摆角和接触应力为综合判别指标的文物地震易损性分析方法,最终提出了通过风险卷积计算得出文物地震风险,从而评估卡固件固定措施抗震效果的方法。通过开展有限元算例分析,进一步解释、论述了所提出的评估方法,并利用所提出的方法对华北某博物馆内展陈的一件珍贵文物所采用的卡固件固定措施的抗震效果进行了评估,提出了合理的改进意见。研究结果表明:所提出的以概率风险分析为基础的评估方法可以量化卡固件固定措施的抗震效果,为卡固件固定措施的选择提供科学依据;所开展算例分析的计算流程及评估结果可为其它馆藏文物提供有效的参考。 Earthquake damage study has shown that floating museum collections housed in museums are prone to damage during earthquakes.Museum staff often rely on their own experience to use fasteners to fix museum collections,and protect them from damage during earthquakes.However,there is a lack of scientific methods to evaluate the effectiveness of this aseismic measure and the improvement degree for seismic safety level of museum collections.Here,to reasonably evaluate the aseismic effect of fastener fixing measure,a seismic fragility analysis method for museum collections based on a binomial logistic regression model was proposed taking museum collection’s swing angle and contact stress as comprehensive evaluation indexes.Finally,a method for evaluating the aseismic effect of fastener fixing measure by calculating the seismic risk of museum collections using risk convolution was proposed.The proposed evaluation method was further explained and discussed by performing finite element analysis.The proposed method was used to evaluate the aseismic effect of fastener fixing measure for a precious collection exhibited in a museum of North China,and reasonable improvement suggestions were proposed.The results showed that the proposed evaluation method based on probability risk analysis can quantify the aseismic effect of fastener fixing measure and provide a scientific basis for choosing fastener fixing measure;the calculation process and evaluation results of the case analysis performed can provide effective reference for other museum collections.
