超高韧性混凝土(STC)工作性能与力学性能的影响因素

摘要 基于室内试验,开展了硅灰种类、硅灰掺量、钢纤维种类及掺加方式等对超高韧性混凝土(STC)工作性能与力学性能的影响规律研究,试验结果表明:硅灰的加入对STC工作性能有不利影响,但锆质硅灰与白硅灰对STC工作性能影响相对较小,且掺量在20%以内时有利于提升STC力学性能;单掺钢纤维会降低STC的工作性能,其中端钩型钢纤维降低幅度最大,其次为波浪形钢纤维,平直型钢纤维影响最小;平直型长钢纤维与平直型短钢纤维混掺时STC工作性能优于单掺钢纤维,综合考虑工作性能与力学性,建议采用1.5%平直型长钢纤维与0.5%平直型短钢纤维混掺。 The effects of silica fume type,silica fume content,steel fiber type and adding method on working performance and mechanical properties of Super-high Toughness Concrete(STC)were studied based on laboratory tests.The results show that silica fume has adverse effect on the working performance of STC,but the effect of zirconium silica fume and white silica fume on the working performance of STC is relatively small,and when the content is less than 20%,it can improve the mechanical properties of STC.Single steel fiber will reduce the working performance of STC,and the influence degree is hooked steel fiber,wave-shaped steel fiber and straight steel fiber.The working performance of STC with long straight steel fiber and short straight steel fiber is better than that with single steel fiber.Considering the working performance and mechanical properties,the best combination is 1.5%long straight steel fiber and 0.5%short straight steel fiber.
