摘要
秋刀鱼属中上层鱼类,营养价值高,是全球海洋渔业重要的捕捞对象之一。目前,秋刀鱼主产国(地区)主要在太平洋海域作业,且集中在西北太平洋。在公海渔业国际监管愈加严格的背景下,从全球视角分析秋刀鱼生产历史和发展现状并准确定位中国的地位,有益于中国科学合理利用秋刀鱼资源。基于联合国粮食及农业组织公布的全球渔业生产统计数据、北太平洋渔业委员会和各主产国(地区)相关机构公开数据,对1950—2022年全球及主产国(地区)的秋刀鱼生产发展情况进行详细分析,总结其变化特征。结果表明:受环境因素影响,秋刀鱼年产量波动剧烈且近年呈显著下降趋势;随着参与公海作业的国家(地区)数量增加,全球秋刀鱼主产国(地区)分布趋于分散;日本秋刀鱼产量第一的稳固地位被中国台湾地区取代;中国内地开展秋刀鱼捕捞较晚但发展迅速,目前已成为秋刀鱼重要生产地。
Pacifie saury(Cololabis saira)is a pelagic fish with high nutritional value and is one of the important fishing targets for global marine fisheries.At present,the main fishing countries(regions)of Cololabis saira are in the Pacifie Ocean,and the fishing area is mainly concentrated in the Northwest Pacific.In the context of increasingly stringent intermnational supervision of high seas fisheries,analyzing the production history and development status of Cololabis saira from a global perspective and accurately positioning China's status will help China scientifically and rationally utilize Cololabis saira resources.Based on the global fishery production statistics of the Food and A griculture Organization of the United Nations,public data of the North Pacific Fisheries Commission and governments of primary Cololabis saira fishing countries(regions),this paper conducts a detailed analysis of the development of Cololabis saira production in the world and major fishing countries(regions)from 1950 to 2022,and summarizes its changing characteristics.Affected by environmental factors,the results indicate that the annual production of Cololabis saira fluctuates sharply and has showed a significant downward trend in recent years.With the increase in the number of countries(regions)participating in high seas operations,the distribution of the main production countries(regions)of Cololabis saira in the world tends to be dispersed.Japan's stable position as the top one in Cololabis saira production has been replaced by Taiwan region of China.M ainland China started Cololabis saira fishing late but has developed rapidly,and has now become a major fishing country of Cololabis saira.
