摘要
目的探讨基于同质医疗理念的创新型护理模式在微型种植体支抗口腔正畸中的临床应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月医院收治的98例微型种植体支抗口腔正畸患者,按随机数字法分为对照组、创新型护理组,各49例,两组均接受微型种植体支抗口腔正畸治疗,对照组接受常规护理,创新型护理组在此基础上接受基于同质医疗理念的创新型护理模式。比较两组正畸效果、托槽脱落率、应激反应、疼痛程度[视觉模拟(VAS)评分]、治疗依从性、生活质量[口腔相关生活质量量表(OHRQOL)评分]。结果创新型护理组上中切牙凸差距、上中切牙倾角度、磨牙移位大于对照组(P<0.05);创新型护理组托槽脱落率(20.41%)低于对照组(38.78%)(P<0.05);两组应激反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后创新型护理组VAS评分低于对照组,按时复诊、牙齿清洁、调整饮食结构评分及OHRQOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于同质医疗理念的创新型护理模式能提高微型种植体支抗口腔正畸患者的治疗依从性,降低托槽脱落率、疼痛程度,提高正畸效果、生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of innovative nursing model based on the concept of homogeneous medical treatment in micro-implant supported orthodontics.Methods A total of 98 patients with micro-implant supported orthodontics who were treated in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and innovative nursing group according to random number method,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups received micro-implant supported orthodontics treatment,while the control group received routine nursing.On this basis,the innovative nursing team adopted the innovative nursing model based on the concept of homogeneous medical treatment.The orthodontic effect,the rate of disarticulation of brackets,stress response,pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],treatment compliance and quality of life[oral health-related quality of life(OHRQOL)]were compared between the two groups.Results The upper central incisor protrusion,upper central incisor inclination angle and molar displacement in innovative nursing group were greater than those in control group(P<0.05).The rate of bracket shedding in innovative nursing group(20.41%)was lower than that(38.78%)in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of stress reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the VAS score of innovative nursing group was lower than that of control group,the scores timely follow-up visits,tooth cleaning,dietary adjustment and OHRQOL score of innovative nursing group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The innovative nursing model based on the concept of homogeneous medical treatment can improve the treatment compliance of patients with micro-implant supported orthodontics,reduce the rate of bracket shedding and pain,and improve the orthodontic effect and quality of life.
