摘要
目的探讨婴儿相关健康知识与产褥期妇女健商的关系以及婴儿相关健康能力的中介作用和基于Cox健康行为互动模式的护理干预的调节作用。方法采用产褥期妇女健商量表对60名产褥期妇女进行分组调查研究。结果婴儿相关健康知识与产褥期妇女健商水平呈正相关(r=0.68,P<0.001),婴儿相关健康能力在婴儿相关健康知识与产褥期妇女健商水平之间发挥部分中介作用,基于Cox健康行为互动模式的护理干预调节了婴儿相关健康能力中介路径的前半路径。结论婴儿相关健康知识通过婴儿相关健康能力影响产褥期妇女健商水平,基于Cox健康行为互动模式的护理干预调节了婴儿相关健康知识与婴儿相关健康能力之间的关系。
Objective To explore the relationship between infant-related health knowledge and health quotient of puerperal women,and the mediating role of infant-related health ability and the moderating role of nursing intervention based on Cox health behavior interactive model.Methods A total of 60 puerperal women were investigated in groups by using the puerperal women’s health consultation form.Results There was a positive correlation between infant-related health knowledge and health quotient of puerperal women(r=0.68,P<0.001).Infant-related health ability partially mediated the relationship between infant-related health knowledge and health quotient of puerperal women.Nursing intervention based on Cox health behavior interactive model monitor the first half of the mediation pathway of infant-related health knowledge and infant-related health ability.Conclusion Infant-related health knowledge influence health quotient of puerperal women through infant-related health ability.Nursing intervention based on Cox health behavior interactive model moderates the relationship between infant-related health knowledge and infant-related health ability.
