摘要
为解决带式输送机传统功率平衡控制系统控制精度不高、响应速度慢等问题,在对带式输送机多电机功率平衡因素综合分析的基础上,对传统功率平衡控制系统的现状进行分析,掌握其薄弱点;然后,基于模糊神经网络算法设计了功率平衡控制系统原理框图,采用Simulink软件对其启动特性和突变工况下的功率平衡控制效果进行分析,达到了预期的效果。
In order to solve the problems of low control accuracy and slow response speed of traditional power balance control system of belt conveyor,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of power balance factors of multi-motor belt conveyor,the current status of traditional power balance control system is analysed and its weak points are grasped;and then,the block diagram of power balance control system is designed based on fuzzy neural network algorithm,and the starting characteristics and power balance control effect under sudden change of working conditions is carried out using Simulink software.Then,the block diagram of power balance control system is designed based on the fuzzy neural network algorithm,and the power balance control effect under the start-up characteristics and sudden change of working conditions is analysed by Simulink software,which achieves the expected effect.
