摘要
火力发电厂空冷发电机组夏季运行时,由于天气炎热,空冷岛冷却效率降低,发电机组的背压升高,燃煤经济性降低甚至必须降低负载率以保证设备的正常运行。为此,空冷发电机组正逐步推广尖峰冷却循环系统,来为发电机组提供额外的冷却以降低背压。但尖峰冷却系统多以城市中水作为循环用水,水体的硬度较高且为开式循环,长时间运行必然会导致冷却系统的管壁和凝汽器两端出现严重的结垢和积垢问题。本文分析了尖峰冷却系统结垢的原因以及目前处理和预防水垢的方法,并对各种方法进行比对,探讨他们之间的差异及其各方法的可行性和经济性,对除垢防垢技术的未来发展提供除了自己的思路。
When the thermal power plant air-cooled generator set is running in summer,due to the hot weather,the cooling efficiency of the air-cooled island is reduced,the back pressure of the generator set is increased,the coal-fired economy is reduced,and the load rate must be reduced to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.For this reason,air-cooled generator sets are gradually promoting peak cooling systems to provide additional cooling for generator sets to reduce back pressure.However,the peak cooling system uses urban reclaimed water as circulating water,and the hardness of the water body is relatively high.Long-term operation will inevitably lead to serious scaling and fouling problems on the pipe wall and both ends of the condenser of the cooling system.This paper analyzes the causes of fouling in the peak cooling system and the current methods of treat-ment and prevention of scaling.After comparing the differences between them and the feasibility and economy of each method,the development of an-ti-scaling and de-scaling technology in the future was also discussed.
