智能磁性浮球液位计在线多参测量技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 在石油企业的生产经营过程中,计量的准确度和自动化程度将直接关系到石油企业的经济效益。传统的计量一般使用油检尺和万用表检测,需要爬上罐顶,测量液位高度和油水分界面,劳动强度大,使用检尺检测液面,容易受液面泡沫的影响,测量误差大;后来采取远传的雷达式测量、射频导纳式液位测量、超声波测量等,也存在测量准确度不高、连续测量不稳定等缺点。针对上述问题,提出逐点阻抗测量技术,采用互联网+磁性浮球计量仪器设备智能远控计量,加强人工智能在线测量研究,研发智能浮球液位计在线多参测量系统,大幅度提高了计量准确度,减轻了员工的劳动强度,每年可获得经济效益685万元。 In the production and management of petroleum enterprises,the accuracy and automation degree of measurement will be directly related to the economic benefits of petroleum enterprises.the oil measuring rod and multi-meter in traditional meter were used to check the level of tank,and the height and the oil-water interface of the tank were measured,which is easy to affect by surface foam,leading to a large error in measurement.Especially,due to adopting the remote radar measurement,radio frequency conductivity level measurement,ultrasonic measurement,there are some disadvantag-es such as low precision and unstable continuous measurement.In view of the above problems,the point-by-point impedance measurement technique has been proposed,which adopts the Internet and magnetic float metering instrument and equipment for intelligent remote control measurement,strengthens the research on the online measurement of artificial intelligence,and researches the online multi-parameter measuring system of intelligent float level meter,which can be greatly improved the measuring accuracy,reduced the labor intensity of employees,and achieved 6.85 million yuan of eco-nomic benefits per year.
