摘要
随着粤港澳大湾区产业升级和职教改革的深入,广东省高职生源种类从高中生,逐步扩展到中职生和企业员工。多样化生源也产生培养目标高低不一、个性需求难满足、多元学习成果难评价、资源共享差等问题。本文探索制造类技术技能人才培养体系研究:统一目标岗位规格,建立机械制造行业“分级分类岗位矩阵”;构建课程体系,建立“自选型课程超市”专业群课程体系;制定培养措施,制定“三源三式”培养措施;基于成果开展评价和学分积累,参照能力单元开发分级分类课程和制定专业课程标准。粤港澳大湾区制造类技术技能人才培养体系为粤港澳大湾区制造类人才可持续发展提供有力支撑。
With the industrial upgrading and deepening of vocational education reform in the Guangdong Hongkong Macao Greater Bay Area,the types of vocational students in Guangdong Province have gradually expanded from high school students to vocational school students and enterprise employees.Diversified student sources also lead to problems such as varying levels of training objectives,difficulty in meeting individual needs,difficulty in evaluating diverse learning outcomes,and poor resource sharing.This article explores the research on the cultivation system of manufacturing technical skills talents:unify the target job specifications and establish a"hierarchical classification job matrix"in the mechanical manufacturing industry;Construct a curriculum system and establish a"self selected curriculum supermarket"professional group curriculum system;Develop training measures and develop"three sources and three forms"training measures;Evaluate and accumulate credits based on achievements,develop graded and classified courses based on competency units,and establish professional course standards.The training system for manufacturing technical and skilled talents in the Guangdong Hongkong Macao Greater Bay Area provides strong support for the sustainable development of manufacturing talents in the region.
