摘要
四肢骨折患者最常见的临床表现为疼痛,通过调查研究四肢骨折患者疼痛的影响因素,制订合理的对策协助患者减轻疼痛,加快康复,提高生活质量。采用线上调查问卷的方式随机发放问卷,对龙家圈街道社区卫生服务中心外科100例四肢骨折患者进行问卷调查。结果显示,对于四肢骨折患者,要强化对疼痛的评估,并对患者疼痛的原因和护理方法展开相关的知识宣传,做好护理工作,让患者的负面情绪得到缓解,让患者的注意力从疼痛上转移;摆放适当的体位,同时可以合理应用止痛药物,改善患者的机体营养,预防压疮等并发症;可以指导患者进行功能锻炼,做好相关的护理工作,缓解患者的疼痛。研究发现,适当的围手术期疼痛管理和护理对于四肢骨折患者非常重要,可有效减轻疼痛、降低并发症发生率并促进患者康复。
The most common clinical manifestation of patients with limb fractures is pain.By investigating and studying the influencing factors of pain in limb fracture patients,reasonable strategies are formulated to assist patients in alleviating pain,accelerating recovery,and improving quality of life.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 100 surgical patients with limb fractures at the Longjiaquan Street Community Health Service Center using an online survey method,which was randomly distributed.The results show that for patients with limb fractures,it is necessary to strengthen the assessment of pain,and promote relevant knowledge on the causes of pain and nursing methods.Nursing work should be done well to alleviate the negative emotions of patients and divert their attention from pain;Place the body in an appropriate position,and at the same time,use painkillers reasonably to improve the patient’s body nutrition and prevent complications such as pressure ulcers;It can guide patients to perform functional exercises,provide relevant nursing care,and alleviate their pain.Research has found that appropriate perioperative pain management and care are crucial for patients with limb fractures,as they can effectively alleviate pain,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote patient recovery.
