摘要
目的了解常州市3~6周岁儿童家长的水痘认知情况,为制定健康促进策略提供参考。方法采用等距抽样法抽取3~6周岁儿童的家长进行问卷调查,利用多因素logistic回归分析影响家长水痘认知的因素。结果儿童家长的水痘知晓率为52.41%。知晓率与性别、文化程度和户籍地有关(P<0.05),其中女性、高中及以上学历、本市户籍家长的知晓率较高。结论常州市3~6周岁儿童家长的水痘知识水平较低。今后需要采取针对性、多渠道的方式,加强重点人群的水痘防控知识宣教。
Objective To understand the cognition of varicella of the parents with children aged 3-6 years old in Changzhou city,and provide scientific basis to carry out varicella health education and promotion.Methods The parents with children aged 3-6 years old were selected by systematic sampling,and investigated with questionnaire.The influencing factors of cognition of varicella were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results The parents’awareness rate of varicella was 52.41%.There was statistical significance(P<0.05)between the awareness rate and gender,educational level,and the parents’register location.Higher awareness rate was related to parents’status as female,higher educational level,and Changzhou city.Conclusion The level of varicella knowledge of parents with children aged 3-6 years old in Changzhou city is low.Therefore,key populations should be strengthened the varicella knowledge education in a targeted and multi-channel way.
