算法推荐对主流意识形态传播的机遇与挑战

摘要作为一种社会性信息资源分发的支撑技术,算法推荐已经成为影响或改变社会价值取向的新兴权力,这把“双刃剑”正在对主流意识形态传播产生不容忽视的重大影响。算法推荐带来的相关挑战有不利于社会共识生成、解构主流话语权威、引发公众信任危机以及资本逻辑冲击主流价值观等;同时,也应抓住算法推荐赋能主流意识形态的机遇,通过技术规范、法治监管、主体自律、价值引领的策略,充分发挥算法推荐的积极作用,有效避免和抑制其负面影响,助推新时代主流意识形态传播。 As a supporting technology of social information resource distribution,algorithmic recommendation has become an emerging power to influence or change social value orientation,and this“double-edged sword”is having a significant impact on mainstream ideology dissemination that cannot be ignored.The challenges brought by algorithmic recommendation are not conducive to the generation of social consensus,deconstruction of the authority of mainstream discourse,triggering a crisis of public trust,and the impact of the logic of capital on mainstream values at the same time,we should also seize the opportunity of algorithmic recommendation to empower the mainstream ideology,and give full play to the positive role of algorithmic recommendation through the strategies of technological norms,rule of law regulation,self-regulation of the main body,and value leadership,to effectively avoid and inhibit the negative impacts,and to promote the mainstream ideology communication in the new era.
