如何有效地进行建设工程项目的质量管理,提高工程质量,成为了当前建筑行业面临的重要问题。本文探讨建设工程项目质量管理的理论与实践,分析建设工程项目质量管理的现状、问题和挑战,提出建设工程项目质量管理的持续改进策略,为提高建设工程项目的质量和效益提供参考和借鉴。
How to effectively carry out the quality management of construction projects,and improve the quality of project engineering,has become important issues facing the current construction industry.This paper discusses the theory and practice of construction project quality management,analyzes the present situation,problems and challenges of quality management,and puts forward the continuous improvement strategy of construction project quality management,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of construction projects for reference.
