摘要
分析了新疆高校16所区级实验教学示范中心建设情况,重点对2所化工专业实验示范中心进行了对比研究,针对化工专业实验示范中心聚焦培养要求,培训质量不断提升,聚焦建设标准,条件建设不断改善,聚焦建设目标,示范效应持续增强的现状,梳理在全面推动教育数字化转型中化工专业实验示范中心面临的示范作用、师资队伍、建设经费、信息化建设等不足,提出强化有组织建设、增加建设投入、加强实验队伍建设、完善共享机制等建议,从而促进化工专业实验教学中心建设.
This paper analyzes the construction of 16 regional experimental teaching demonstration centers in Xinjiang colleges and universities,focuses on the comparative study of 2 chemical experimental demonstration centers.It finds that the current situation is as the follow:focusing on the training requirements,the training quality is constantly improving;Focusing on the construction standards,the conditions of construction continue to improve;Focusing on the construction target,the demonstration effect continues to strengthen.It will sort out the shortcomings of demonstration role,teaching staff,construction funds and information construction in comprehensively promoting the digital transformation of education,and put forward suggestions on strengthening organizational construction,increasing construction investment,strengthening the construction of experimental teams,and improving the sharing mechanism,so as to promote the construction of experimental teaching centers for chemical majors.
