摘要
目的研究脾胃病患者予清幽益胃汤配合香砂养胃丸治疗的效果。方法选取自开封市中医院2020年1月—2022年8月收治的80例脾胃病患者,采用随机取样法分参照组(40例)、联用组(40例),2组疗效比较分析。结果用药前比较中医证候积分、炎症因子及免疫功能差异无统计学意义;用药后2组不良反应比较,P>0.05;用药后较参照组,联用组中医证候积分更低;IL-6、IL-8、IL-11及TNF-α指标更低(P<0.05);IgA、IgG、IgM指标更高(P<0.05);联用组有效率、Hp清除率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论清幽益胃汤配合香砂养胃丸治疗脾胃病可减缓症状、增强抗炎效果,调节免疫功能、提高疗效,清除Hp、保证用药安全可靠,值得推崇。
Objective To investigate the effect of treatment with Qingyou Yiwei decoction and Xiangsha Yangwei pill in patients with splenic and gastric diseases.Methods The data were collected from 80 patients with spleen and stomach disease treated in Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to August 2022,and were divided into control group(40 cases)and combined group(40 cases)by random sampling method.The curative effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results There were no differences in TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory factors and immune function before medication.The adverse reactions were compared after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome score of the combined treatment group was lower.The levels of IL⁃6,IL⁃8,IL⁃11 and TNF⁃αwere lower(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were higher(P<0.05).The effective rate and Hp clearance rate of combined treatment group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingyou Yiwei decoction and Xiangsha Yangwei pill in patients with splenic and gastric diseases can alleviate symptoms,enhance anti⁃inflammatory effect,regulate immune function,improve curative effect,remove Hp,ensure the safety and reliability of medication,and is worthy of praise.
