摘要
氧化应激与多种口腔疾病的发生、发展有着密切联系,但具体的作用通路和分子机制尚不明确;口腔非贵金属合金材料中部分金属离子的析出,通过不同的机制,引起邻近的组织和细胞的氧化应激,这是口腔氧化应激的主要诱因之一;另一方面,抗氧化剂在口腔领域的应用为口腔疾病的预防、治疗提供了新的思路。本文就氧化应激与口腔疾病相关的研究现状、其产生机制及抗氧化剂的应用做一综述,以期从氧化应激角度,为探索口腔疾病的干预、治疗措施、研究相应的靶点药物提供理论参考,以及为探讨口腔合金材料中的金属离子是否通过氧化应激的机制直接或间接诱导口腔疾病提供研究思路。
Oxidative stress is closely related to the occurrence and development of various oral diseases,but the specific pathways and molecular mechanisms are still unclear.The precipitation of some metal ions in oral non-precious metal alloy materials can induce oxidative stress in adjacent tissues and cells through different mechanisms,which is one of the main causes of oxidative stress.On the other hand,the application of antioxidants in stomatology provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of oral diseases.This paper reviews the latest research status of oxidative stress related to oral diseases,generation mechanism and the application of antioxidants,in order to provide the research direction for exploring the intervention and treatment measures of oral diseases and study the corresponding target drugs from the perspective of oxidative stress and to provide the research idea for the study of whether metal ions in dental alloy materials directly or indirectly induce oral diseases through the mechanism of oxidative stress.
