直接进样液相色谱法测定工业废水中的三聚氰酸

摘要 三聚氰酸作为化工的原材料,被农药、医药等多行业广泛使用。目前,水中三聚氰酸的检测分析方法较少,本文采用直接进样液相色谱法对工业废水中三聚氰酸进行分析,并对方法的检出限、测定下限、精密度、回收率和实际样品进行测试。结果发现,采用直接进样液相色谱法,三聚氰酸在0.05~5.00 mg/L范围内线性较好,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.012 mg/L,测定下限为0.048 mg/L,精密度能控制在2%以内,回收率在94%~107%。结论:采用直接进样液相色谱法测定工业废水中的三聚氰酸,样品处理简单,检出限较低,精密度好,回收率高。 As a raw material of chemical industry,cyanic acid is widely used in many industries such as pesticide and medicine.At present,there are few methods for detection and analysis of cyanuric acid in water.In this paper,direct injection liquid chromatography was used to analyze cyanuric acid in industrial wastewater,and the detection limit,determination limit,precision,recovery rate and actual sample were tested.The results showed that the linearity of cyanic acid was good in the range of 0.05~5.00 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the detection limit was 0.012 mg/L,the determination limit was 0.048 mg/L,the precision could be controlled within 2%,and the recovery was between 94%and 107%.Conclusion:The direct injection liquid chromatography method for the determination of cyanic acid in industrial wastewater is simple,with low detection limit,good precision and high recovery.
