“双减”政策下湖南省中小学武术发展优势、困境与对策研究--以长株潭地区为例被引量：3

摘要长株潭地区位于整个湖南经济开发和城镇化的中心区域,辐射周边区域广,因此长株潭地区中小学武术的发展能很大程度上反映整个湖南省中小学武术的发展。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对“双减”政策下长株潭地区中小学武术发展现状进行调查,收集相关信息与数据,分析优势、困境并提出对策。研究发现,长株潭地区中小学武术发展具有政策、功能、价值三个方面的优势;同时,也面临政策保障失衡、师资力量薄弱、场地器械不足以及课后服务质量水平不一等困境。因此,提出严格落实政策保障、加强武术教师体系力量、增加武术场地器械供给和健全课后服务评价体系等有效措施。通过长株潭地区中小学武术发展的个案研究,旨为湖南省中小学武术发展提供参考和理论依据。 The Chang-Zhu-Tan area is located in the center of the economic development and urbanization of Hunan,and radiates a wide range of surrounding areas.Therefore,the development of primary and secondary school martial arts in Chang-Zhu-Tan area can largely reflect the development of primary and secondary school martial arts in Hunan Province.Using the method of literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper investigates the current situation of Wushu development in primary and secondary schools in Chang-Zhu-Tan area under the"double reduction"policy,collects relevant information and data,and organizes and analyzes it.The study found that the development of martial arts in the Chang-Zhu-Tan area has three advantages:policy,function and value.At the same time,it also faces the dilemma of unbalanced policy support,weak faculty and insufficient venue equipment.Therefore,the paper puts forward some effective measures such as strictly implementing the policy guarantee,strengthening the strength of wushu teacher system and increasing the equipment supply of wushu venues.Through the case study of the development of primary and secondary school martial arts in Chang-Zhu-Tan area,this paper aims at provide reference and theoretical basis for the development of primary and secondary school martial arts in Hunan Province.
