摘要
目的 观察ESPCS宣教模式对老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者知识水平与健康行为的影响。方法选择2021年6月—2022年12月医院收治的骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折老年患者80例为研究对象,按照组间基线资料均衡可比的原则将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组遵循骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折常规式护理法施护,观察组于常规护理基础上采用ESPCS护理干预,对比两组患者干预前后健康知识得分、健康行为得分、疼痛度、各类康复指标。结果 干预后,观察组患者骨质疏松症知识评分、健康行为评分、日常生活能力评分均高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛评分、腰椎功能障碍指数低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 于骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折老年患者中引入ESPCS护理机制,利于提高患者骨质疏松症知识水平和健康行为,可降低其疼痛水平,改善其腰椎功能,提高其日常生活能力。
Objective To observe the impact of the ESPCS education model on the knowledge level and health behavior of elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group followed routine nursing care for osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures,and the observation group adopted ESPCS nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.Health knowledge scores,health behavior scores,pain levels,and various rehabilitation indicators were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the osteoporosis knowledge scores,health behavior score and activities of daily living score in the observation group were higher thanthose in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain scores and lumbar spine dysfunction index of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing the ESPCS nursing mechanism in elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures will help improve patients' knowledge and health behaviors about osteoporosis,reduce their pain levels,improve their lumbar spine function,and improve their daily living abilities.
