摘要
液压系统的稳定是连铸机持续可靠运行的保障,当液压系统出现某些故障时往往会表现为温度异常。重点介绍了几种基于温度检测液压系统故障的方法,这些方法不需要借助检测仪器就可以简单快速地排查出故障源,为连铸机液压系统维护提供了参考。
The stability of hydraulic system is the guarantee of continuous and reliable operation of continuous caster.When there are some faults in the hydraulic system,the temperature is often abnormal.This paper introduces several methods to detect the faults of the hydraulic system through the temperature,which can find out the fault source simply and quickly without the help of the detection instrument,and provides a reference for the maintenance of the hydraulic system of the continuous caster.
