摘要
铁粉作为烧结矿的一种重要原材料,其基本性质和高温烧成特性直接关系到烧结矿的品质。本次研究拟以纽曼(Neumann)、超特级(UTM)、JMB和巴西粗粉等四种不同类型的含铁原料为对象,通过对其矿物特性进行分析,探索它们对烧结体的组成和冶炼特性的作用机制。实验结果显示,在纽曼粉质量占比为20%,PB粉为22%,超特粉为5%,JMB粉为3%,巴西粗粉为5%情况下,含铁原料的烧结性能最佳,其还原性和低温还原粉化率最高,分别为81.14%和84.36%。
Iron powder,as an important raw material for sintering,its basic properties and high-temperature sintering characteristics are directly related to the quality of sintering ore.This study aims to focus on four different types of iron-containing raw materials,including Neumann,UTM,JMB,and Brazilian coarse powder,to analyze their mineral properties and explore their mechanisms of action on the composition and smelting characteristics of sintered materials.The experimental results show that the sintering performance of iron containing raw materials is the best when the mass fraction of Newman powder is 20%,PB powder is 22%,ultra special powder is 5%,JMB powder is 3%,and Brazilian coarse powder is 5%.Its reducibility and low-temperature reduction pulverization rate are the highest,with 81.14%and 84.36%,respectively.
