摘要
通过对袋式马达型液压放大自愈静电(Peano-HASEL)驱动器的结构设计改进,使用双电极和单元模块化设计,放大驱动器在高度方向上的输出应变率,对并联堆叠的驱动器施加宽度方向上的预紧力,形成输出特性可调节的双电极Peano-HASEL驱动器。根据系统平衡理论,对单元模块建立理论分析模型,使用COMSOLMultiphysics建立多物理场仿真模型,并搭建实验平台,对理论分析模型进行验证,并分析影响驱动器驱动性能的主要因素。
IBy improving the structural design of the bag motor type hydraulic amplifying self-healed electrostatic(Peano-HASEL)driver,the output strain rate of the driver in the height direction is amplified by using dual elec-trodes and modular unit design,and the pretension force in the width direction is applied to the parallel stacked drivers.Form a dual electrode Peano-HASEL driver with adjustable output characteristics.According to the system balance theory,the theoretical analysis model of the unit module was established,the multi-physics simulation model was established using COMSOL Multiphysics,and the experimental platform was built to verify the theoretical analysis model,and the main factors affecting the driver performance were analyzed.
