摘要
脓毒症胃肠功能障碍是脓毒症高致病率、高死亡率的危重并发症,调控脓毒症胃肠功能对治疗脓毒症至关重要。针刺治疗能够有效调节胃肠症状并控制脓毒症发生发展,目前其涉及的作用机制主要包括调控促炎与抗炎反应扼制炎性风暴、调节神经-内分泌功能提高胃肠动力、调节免疫屏障增加免疫系统功能、修复黏膜结构提升机械屏障作用、纠正肠道菌群平衡微生态等方面。因此总结分析针刺改善脓毒症胃肠功能的作用机制,对未来进一步明确其起效机制具有重要意义,并且能为临床治疗提供科学理论依据、指导设计更加有效的诊疗方案。
Gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis is a critical complication with high pathogenicity and mortality.Regulating the gastrointestinal function is crucial for the treatment of sepsis.Acupuncture treatment can effectively regulate gastrointestinal symptoms and control the occurrence and development of sepsis.Currently discovered mechanisms of action mainly include regulating pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory reactions to suppress inflammatory storms,regulating neuroendocrine function to improve gastrointestinal motility,modulating immune barrier to increase immune system function,repairing mucosal structure to enhance mechanical barrier function,correcting intestinal microbiota balance and microecology,and so on.Therefore,summarizing and analyzing the mechanism of acupuncture in improving gastrointestinal function in sepsis is of great significance for further clarifying its mechanism of action in the future,and can provide scientific theoretical basis for the clinical treatment and guide the design of more effective diagnosis and treatment plans.
