摘要
在现代信息化战争中,雷达都是首当其冲,全程使用的重要一环。雷达情报质量的好坏直接影响着战争的胜负,研究如何高效准确地评估雷达情报质量对于提升整体作战效能具有重要意义。论文根据雷达情报特点构建评估指标体系,并运用三角模糊数和重心解模糊法确定权重,通过定性定量相结合的方法进行综合评估,结果表明该方法评估结果更加客观科学,为雷达情报质量评估提供了合理依据。
In modern information warfare,radar bears the brunt and is an important part of the whole process.Research on the evaluation of radar intelligence quality can better find the factors that affect the quality of radar intelligence,and continuously im⁃prove the operational effectiveness of radar.In this paper,the evaluation index system of radar intelligence quality is constructed,and the weights are determined by using triangular fuzzy number and barycenter defuzzification method.The comprehensive evalua⁃tion is carried out by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.The results show that the evaluation results of this method are more objective and scientific,which provides a reasonable basis for radar intelligence quality evaluation.
