摘要
在梳理现有第三方市场投资合作可行性研究的基础上,构建第三方市场投资合作可行性研究的思路,进而对两岸电子信息制造业开展第三方市场投资合作的可行性进行系统分析。研究显示两岸限制双方企业开展第三方市场投资合作的可能性较低;两岸电子信息制造业各子行业均具备较强的国际竞争力,且竞争力较强的子行业不同;两岸电子信息制造业在国际市场的竞争性较弱,互补性较强,存在较大的合作空间,两岸电子信息制造业开展第三方市场投资合作的可行性较高。最后从宏观、中观、微观层面简要分析了两岸电子信息制造业开展第三方市场投资合作面临的挑战,并提出推动合作开展的路径。
On the basis of combing the existing feasibility studies of third-party market investment cooperation,this paper constructs the thinking of the feasibility study of third-party market investment cooperation,and then makes a systematic analysis of the feasibility of the cross-Straits electronic information manufacturing industry to carry out third-party market investment cooperation.The research shows that:The possibility of investment and cooperation between enterprises on both sides of the Taiwan Strait in the third party market being restricted is lower;Each sub-industry of the electronic information manufacturing industry on both sides of the cross-Straits has strong international competitiveness,and the sub-industry with strong competitiveness is different.The competitiveness of the electronic information manufacturing industry between the two sides in the international market is weak,the complementarity is strong,there is a large space for cooperation.It shows that the cross-Straits electronic information manufacturing industry has a higher feasibility to develop third-party market investment cooperation.Finally,the paper briefly analyzes the challenges of investment cooperation in the third market of the electronic information manufacturing industry of the cross-Straits,and puts forward the path to promote cooperation.
