摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,农业产业的数字化转型已经成为一种趋势。本文以广东荔枝作为研究对象,阐述了乡村振兴背景下智能客服在广东荔枝数字营销中的应用优势,分析智能客服在广东荔枝数字营销中具体应用,针对智能客服在广东荔枝数字营销中面临的问题,提出优化策略,并以广州华隆果菜保鲜有限公司的荔枝数字化营销智能客服应用作为案例进行了探讨,为乡村振兴背景下其他企业农产品如何成功应用智能客服技术提出参考价值。
With the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,the digital transformation of the agricultural industry has become a trend.This article takes Guangdong lychee as the research object,elaborates on the application advantages of intelligent customer service in digital marketing of Guangdong lychee under the background of rural revitalization,analyzes the specific application of intelligent customer service in digital marketing of Guangdong lychee,and proposes optimization strategies for the problems faced by intelligent customer service in digital marketing of Guangdong lychee.And taking Guangzhou Hualong Fruit and Vegetable Preservation Co.,Ltd.'s litchi digital marketing intelligent customer service application as a case study,this paper explores how other enterprises can successfully apply intelligent customer service technology in agricultural products under the background of rural revitalization.
