大规模光伏电源接入下电力系统运行调度方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】设计一种全新的大规模光伏电源接入电力系统的运行调度方法,用来解决现有电力系统运行调度方法易受时间平滑作用影响而导致各机组运行成本偏高的问题。【方法】为有效提高电力系统的运行调度寻优能力,首先,对光伏接入的不稳定性进行考虑,采用模态分解技术来完成数据的降噪处理。其次,对光伏接入电力系统的功率进行预测,并构建大规模光伏接入电力系统的初始运行调度模型。最后,考虑系统运行的经济成本,并完成目标函数设计,根据经济因素的均衡关系可对其进行加权平均处理,确定不同调度群组的输入训练样本变量,并采用粒子群算法完成求解,实现对电力系统的优化调度。【结果】实例分析结果表明,本研究提出的大规模光伏电源接入下的电力系统运行调度方法的运行调度成本远低于电力系统原本的运行成本。【结论】应用本研究设计的电力系统运行调度方法可获得较好的调度效果,在保证其运行稳定的同时,还能降低运行成本,为减少电力系统综合运行损耗做出一定贡献。 [Purposes]This article designs a new large-scale photovoltaic power supply integration power system operation scheduling method to solve the problem of existing power system operation scheduling methods easily affected by time smoothing,resulting in high operating costs for each unit.[Methods]To effectively improve the operation and scheduling optimization ability of the power system,this method first considers the instability of photovoltaic access,uses modal decomposition technology to complete data denoising processing,and then predicts the power of photovoltaic access to the power system.Then,an initial operation and scheduling model for large-scale photovoltaic access to the power system is constructed.And finally,the economic cost of system operation is considered to complete the design of the objective function.According to the equilibrium relationship of economic factors,weighted average processing can be carried out to determine the input training sample variables of different scheduling groups,and particle swarm optimization algorithm can be used to solve the problem,achieving optimal scheduling of the power system.[Findings]The example analysis results indicate that the operation and scheduling cost of the power system operation scheduling method under the large-scale photovoltaic power access proposed in this study is much lower than the original operation cost of the power system.[Conclusions]The application of the designed power system operation scheduling method can achieve good scheduling results,reduce operating costs while ensuring its stable operation,and make a certain contribution to reducing the comprehensive operating losses of the power system.
