燃煤锅炉协同燃烧污泥对受热面影响的研究

摘要 通过对承德、福州、常州的城市污泥进行取样分析,以江苏某电厂630 MW燃煤锅炉为应用对象,结合混合燃料参数对受热面磨损、结渣、沾污、腐蚀进行了理论分析,同时对该电厂掺烧不同比例污泥时的壁面还原性气氛进行了检测。在燃用设计燃料和一定掺烧比例下,除部分测点还原性气体含量超过经验值外,燃煤锅炉协同燃烧污泥对受热面的影响基本在设计允许的范围内。 Based on the sampling analysis of city sludges from Chengde,Fuzhou and Changzhou,taking a 630 MW coal-fired boiler of a power plant in Jiangsu Province as the application object,theoretical analyses were conducted on the abrasion,slagging,fouling and corrosion of heating surface according to blended fuel parameters,while tests were carried out for the near wall reducing atmosphere with different sludge blending ratios in the power plant.Under the circumstance of the application of design fuel and a certain blending ratio,besides the reducing gas content exceeds the empirical value in several measure points,the effect of co-firing of coal and sludge on heating surface in the coal-fired boiler could mainly satisfy the design requirements.
