摘要
财务共享服务中心已经成为现代大中型企业发展和改革的主流形式。该模式有助于企业更好地进行财务决策、拓宽筹资途径以及制订适合企业发展的投资决策,已经迅速在国内外许多企业进行推广与应用,受到了众多企业的认可与采纳。文章探讨了财务共享服务中心在实际运用中的表现以及该如何构建高效、完整的财务共享服务中心管理体系,并提出了相应的建议。
Financial shared service center has become the mainstream form of development and reform of modern large and medium-sized enterprises.This model helps enterprises to make better financial decisions,broaden financing channels and make investment decisions more suitable for enterprise development,and has been rapidly promoted and applied in many enterprises at home and abroad,and has been recognized and adopted by many enterprises.This paper discusses the performance of the financial shared service center in practical operation and how to build an efficient and complete financial shared service center management system,and puts forward corre-sponding suggestions.
